Melbourne Australia
Real food, wild places.
Designed by chefs
Built by
food people.
Inside that pack is a dinner from people who've spent years in restaurant kitchens. We design every meal the way we'd design a dish for service — flavour first — then work out how to make it light enough to carry up here.
Every recipe gets tasted, adjusted and tasted again until it's something we'd happily put in front of a paying customer. If it wouldn't leave the pass, it doesn't go in the pack.
Real food
Ingredients you
can recognise.
Out here you're a long way from any kitchen — your dinner shouldn't taste like it. Real meat, proper vegetables, herbs and spices, cooked all the way through in ours, then freeze-dried to lock everything in.
Nothing on the ingredient list needs explaining, and nothing keeps it fresh except the drying itself — no preservatives, no shortcuts. Add hot water and it comes back just as it left us.
Proper fuel
Made to power
a big day.
When the track keeps going like this, you want more in the tank than a handful of scroggin. Our meals are built around real calories and serious protein, in serves that actually fill you up.
A big day out here burns through energy fast, and dinner is where you get it back. It's the difference between dragging yourself into camp and getting there with something left over.
Small batch · Melbourne
Crafted with care,
in small batches.
On a cold, foggy night in the high country, dinner stops being fuel and starts being morale. That's the meal we're making — cooked in small batches in Melbourne, with the kind of attention a factory line can't give it.
Small batches mean we taste every one, and nothing goes out on autopilot. Made close to home, for nights a long way from it.
